Philip Jones 29th Sept 2008.
As we sleep peacefully in our beds at night (some more than others) the drip by drip introduction of the Federal Soviet European Superstate continues apace. Regardless of the Irish `No` vote on the Lisbon Treaty last June.
The existence of an armed European Gendarmerie has been denied and refuted by the Europhile press and mass media across the member states and dismissed as a "Europhobe's Scaremongering Nightmare."
Well, a nightmare is exactly what it is, but we didn't dream it up, they did. Its existence is a fact, documented from EU sources. But throughout the EU there has been a almost total news blackout regarding it’s inception. To my knowledge the only mention of it in the European media was a full-page article by Jason Groves in the Sunday Express in September 2007 and a passing mention in the Telegraph by Philip Johnston in February 2008. It was also the subject of several columns during the Lisbon debate in the House Of Lords (Hansard, col.s 1103-1110, 14/5/8).
At present, the Euro-Gendarmes are training, in Vicenza, Italy. But since it is a Pan European Force and the Treaty of Velsen has given it a legal basis under clear EU auspices, it is not going to remain forever in North-East Italy.
In the UK there are serious rumblings of discontent amongst it’s citizens as slowly they begin to feel the effects of what has been a massive `Europeanising` of the country’s system of justice over the past ten years or so. These `changes` have been introduced under the cover of what is known as `Statutory Instruments,` which simply put is law introduced, and which does not require parliamentary debate.
The countries of continental Europe not only have a tradition of criminal justice that is completely different to that of the UK (no habeas corpus, no trial by jury, etc.). They also have a totally different tradition of policing. The Police Forces of Europe are based on a common "military root", and the EU Gendarmerie displays this proudly in its emblem, with a flaming grenade.
To the British, this is a very foreign ideal and not one which would be likely to sit well with a population more prone to acts of heated demonstration. The potential for massive civil disorder is obvious. The moment these Gendarmes take to the streets of Britain, confrontation will be inevitable. These officers will look like soldiers to the British public, with their battle helmets and their heavy automatic rifles. Police in mainland European countries are routinely armed and carry lethal weapons at all times. British Police Officers are generally unarmed.
Police in many if not all European countries are organised very much like the Military with similar Officer ranks such as `Colonel` and `General`. The command and control structure is national and centrally organised by the national government. Officers are transferred to parts of the country other than their own place of origin, so each city will be patrolled by `strangers` with no ties to the local community.
The British Police are by tradition locally recruited, and locally accountable. The primary duties of a UK Constable are `The protection of life and property, the prevention and detection of crime, and the prosecution of offenders against the peace`.
The Euro-Gendarmerie practise street-fighting tactics in battle formation. They can fire tear-gas grenades over the heads of, or straight into, a crowd to disperse them, or utilise rubber, or more usually lead bullets, with lethal effect. Random deaths from police gunfire have occurred over recent years in Italy and in Sweden during G8 and other protests. When ordered the Gendarmes will charge forward swinging their batons and anybody who gets in their way is likely to be seriously injured. European police forces are not so familiar with the concept of "policing by consent". The fact that they have different nationalities drilling side by side is intended to `harmonise` the national forces, creating a unified European Service.
The primary function of this new Gendarmerie will be uphold the authority of the EU State. It is based on that operational section in each continental police force which specialises in crowd control and dispersal. `Upholding the authority of the State` means primarily putting down manifestations of civil unrest and dealing with protests and demonstrations.
Of course the big question is; "Will they ever be deployed on the streets of the individual members states?“ And this is where all Europhiles and Eurosceptics go into denial. Of course they will. Perhaps not yet, but come the day when Federalisation is forced upon the citizens of Europe, you can be guaranteed that they will be out in force and if you live in Denmark for instance, don’t expect to be dealing with a Dane, because just as illustrated above, the individual officers will be moved, not to another town, but another country or EU region.
As things stand at present the EU could not deploy them, because Justice and Home Affairs is still a member state's prerogative - what is called a "third pillar competency". If the EU tries to legislate on the matter, each member state can wield a veto. But this will change if the Lisbon Treaty is finally ratified. With that most erroneous treaty in place, justice and home affairs throughout all member states will become an EU competence, like practically everything else. And let us not forget that justice and home affairs are the heart of state power, for it includes the right to use physical force on the citizens, to put people in prison and take away their liberty. When the EU assumes this power, it ceases to be an association of sovereign states, and becomes at last a state in its own right, with powers to repress directly all behaviour it considers or legislates as being undesirable by citizens of any member state.
Throughout the EU, deceitful and lying Europhile politicians are saying that they have obtained certain assurances safeguarding national autonomy . But several of the `bloc’s` senior international lawyers still left with a conscience, have said these `assurances` will not be worth the paper they are written on. They will be subject to the interpretation of the European Court of Justice and an opt-out can be readily turned into an opt-in with no need to go through a parliamentary debate and vote. The various parliaments will hand over supreme authority to Brussels. Once that has happened there can be no going back under EU legal doctrine.
Article 6.3 of the Treaty of Velsen allows the EU Gendarmerie to be deployed in another EU State with the simple "consent" of that state. The presence of the Euro-Gendarmerie within the once sovereign borders of any or all member states will be what makes the whole EU process physically irreversible. It will not be enough for the once democratically elected national governments to pass an Act repealing the ECA72 and then to simply "tell" them to go. By that time, they will be subject only to Brussels, and will obey only decisions taken there and decisions taken by majority voting. It would require physical force to eject them. The peoples of Europe must be warned.
Another little `bi product` of all this is the `European Arrest Warrant` which means that if you are found guilty in your absence by a court in any EU member state, your government will have no option but to extradite you to serve your prison sentence there. A measure passed by the European Parliament some weeks ago, would mean that no member state could refuse to extradite an individual sought by another member state - even if that individual had been sentenced after a trial at which he was not present, and could not defend himself, and may not even have known about. The right to defend yourself in person is "not absolute,", says the new regulation, so the EU has decided it can be dispensed with, when doing so increases "efficiency".The perceived and falsely propagated threat of terrorism has been diabolically successful in getting countries to accept Pan-European steps to integrate procedures for criminal justice.
The `planners` behind 9/11 and the bogus war on terror could hardly have dreamt how much their machinations and manipulations would achieve in such a short space of time.
Philip,
ReplyDeleteIn italy we have the military patrolling the streets of our major cities....they are saying that the only people who are contrary are the ex 1968 flower people .. etc.. anyhow below is the italian clip from the main newspaper in italy:
The defence misnter is saying that the people who are against the military in the streets are the delinquents/rapists/robbers as well as the ex 1968 movement people.. He is saying that these military are people in flesh and blood and are not intended to put fear into people but to put fear only into the delinquents.. he says ask those who live in high risk neighborhoods as the central station where there have been many rapes taking place..
There is probabaly somekind of sinister doubletalk going on here..but as someone was saying what if the grocery trucks don't start pulling up to the grocery stores anymore?? and what if someone is going hungry?? what if someone decides that they need to feed their children and start to break the windows?? what will our friendly neighborhood military do then?? will they be the ones protecting the reptilians...
I think that as soon as Lisbon becomes legal, the Eurocops will take over. I think this is just practice. There are probably `genderemrie` clothed in army uniforms involved anyway.
Don't get me wrong of course the rapists, the robbers, the murderers.. are not good and must be procecuted...
ciao and take care,
Tony
This article is exactly what need to be made public. I live in the UK and have been a Police Officer for 20 years. We have no tradition of armed Police and in fact, the reason our Metroplitan Police Act was passed in 1826 was to make sure that the army would never be allowed on our streets as `Police`. It is also why traditionally, we are not armed.
ReplyDeleteBut all that is changing. Over the past ten years, the whole intenal culture within the job has changed. We have gone from being then least militarised to one of the most armed and `tooled up` forces in Europe. Our relationship with the public has changed drastically since I joined the Job back in the 80's. Even women Officers like myself are trained and armed with Pepper Spray. Telescopic Batons, Safe T Cuffs and Flak Jackets. Soon will come the Tasers which are already on trial in some forces.
Our government is preparing for massive Civil disobedience of a kind not seen since the Poll Tax Riots during the Thatcher Government, But this time, the Police are prepared like never before. I have even heard rumours of selected Officers `disappearing` and going off to be trained as a part of the Euro Gendermerie. britain is unrecognisable as the country I grew up in, and I'll tell you what Philip, be glad your'e out of it and the job. Good article!!
We are in trouble and it's men like Philip who stick their heads above the water and try to inform people about what is going on who are the real `warriors` of the 21st Century. it's a risky business these days with all the government surveillance and snooping into people's lives. I lived in Denmark for some years and left it because of all the State Control. But here in the UK now, it's even worse in some ways. There's still more room to `manoevre` but the local authorities (Kommunes)have become a nightmare. I am just waiting for the `branch to snap` because people are really angry here. If they put this lot on the streets, there'll be hell to pay for sure. It would be interesting to read what Danes think about
ReplyDeleteI read in a local paper the other day that the local council wre concerned that Police in the area were increasingly unable to control the peace and that perhaps it was time to consider more extremme measure to combat this ever increasing spiral of violence and disorderliness. Once you understand how they ope
ReplyDeleteerate, then the whole scam becomes clear. They have allowed, even encouraged this situation for twenty years or more, created the problem so that the hapless public will become so frightened, they will demand that something must be done, then they same evil which created the problem in the first place will step in as if a `saviour` and solve the problem by taking away what's left of our ever decreasing freedoms. Looks like a job for the `Eurocops` doesn't it. The British MP Enoch Powell said back in the sixties that the streets of Britain would run red with blood. Well he was right, but he could never have imagined what the source of that blood letting would be.
Hi Phil! A European State without an enormous military /police-force is naive,we should all have known that. But these things don´t happen here ,danes think. Armies are not so much for defending against attackers as for keeping the domestic population undwer control; there are many uniforms, but the intention is the same. As was Hitlers; when peoble in some areas were protesting, he ordered soldiers from the east-front, the soldiers that had most killings and were the most degenerate in compassion and other humane traits, to go there and they did asnd all died. Bush is doing exactly that at he moment; in defiance of the constitution that say, for an extremely good reason, that no soldiers may ever be used against the civilian population, he is right now sending some of the most brutalised soldier from the east-front against his voters, smart! The same problem little ,brown-nosed DK will have; war turns out to be somewhat different from the "excitement and comraderie" pictured in the main-strem media; its more like dying, hanging in a barbed-wire fence, while trying to stuff back ones intestines at its normal place. When the danish soldiers ,accustomed to exciting killings, fast tank-driving, slightly "sweet" and sentimental ( sentimentality and brutally often go together)comraderie etc. come home, there will be trouble when they must be living like humans (only animals do not have the ability (some do-but not some peoble) to think beforehand at the eventual consequences of their acts) aknowleding higher concepts , like moral, compassion, realism etc. The bureaucrats, hired by the Reptoids, are corks in the bottle of progress, everything is 50-100 years behind what it would have been without them, subduing, even killing off, all new thoughts and ideas, and sqaundering resources that could have kept every family with house car and a satisfiyng life,on gathering riches for 1000 years consumption in multiple palaces with gold-faucets etc.( what a bill for moving all that stuff with them, when they die (Oh,happy day!) and satisfying any of their most perverse (grilled fetus, anyone? :Warhol) and insane and definitely dangerous for all - and the planet,- and clinically insane whims. To ME the right to defend myself , rests exclusively with me, no EU/USA/NWO or any other Nazi-rule is
ReplyDeleteThe tyrrany of "law" is truly something to be addressed. My son is running for FL House of Representatives trying to end the "war on drugs," which has cost billions and sent many to their graves or to a lifetime in jail for smoking marijuana.
ReplyDeleteThe EU Genrdarmerie is for real. A former friend of mine has joined them and he is a `hard man`. It gives a really good feeling to read articles like this and to know there are people who think the same as you and are fighting for the same cause. It feels like coming home. Unfortunately I don't meet alot of people like that, although I know there are plenty out there. It's just that they are still a minority and have difficulties in raising their voice because they think they stand alone against the TV&newspaper&school-indoctrinated people. Here in Belgium, it is the same as you say it is in Denmark. People have their 'heads in the sand', as we say here. They are comfortable and just don't want to know about anything that can endanger their luxueus positions. If the press says it's ok, then it's ok. Don't bother us with these things, my life is ok. ('it's not great, but it's 'ok'). I guess they are scared it may be true. If it would be true, it would make them look like fools. It's far more easy to continue believing in the artificial lives they are living. But then again, I must admit it's not easy to see through all these lies. The lie is just too damn big for people to believe it to be a lie. My father is Serbian. I myself was born in Belgium and have a Flemish mother. So yes, the troubles over there have most certainly influenced me in the way I see the world now. How the press works, who controls everything etc.. People over here didn't have that background of lies. They still believe everything that's in the news. (Although since 9/11 there has been a huge change in the people's minds) They have no idea of Bilderberg&free masons etc.. It's hard for me to talk about these things with other people because if I do they just look at me as if I'm crazy. And I'm not that well educated in these matters to be able to defend myself in details. That's why I'm so grateful people like you are out there who know what they are talking about and can back their words.
ReplyDeleteOn reading this article some months back about the coming collapse of European statehood, I couldn't help feeling that the chickens have come home to roost. You Europeans are the most passive and compliant people in the world, whereas we Americans are only half asleep. This difference in attitude points to a rather revealing divide. Our leaders think as your leaders do, but they don't think as Americans do. That's because they're not Americans in any real sense but that constraining formality of citizenship they each abhor. It's almost hard to believe, but they, in fact, hate America. And Americans hate them, but accept any semblance of the good life as suitable compensation with its soporific effect of the strong sedative attendant upon a stream of endless promises made of the sustainable American Dream. Just deliver on those promises. Or else! Americans could wake up.
ReplyDeleteRooted in the American psyche is a strong belief in the worth of the individual. Formed during our earliest colonial days, it's the basis of our belief in individual freedom. You Europeans, who have no comparable history, have no true understanding of freedom at all, and so are easily led around by the nose. We, on the other hand, have a bill of rights in our constitution protecting such rights as free speech. Your aghast? Well, that's not surprising. Admit it, you Euro-Eloi loathe free speech lest speaking out makes you feel the steel tether around your necks. Yes, the tether is here as well, but not so readily accommodated. Indeed, as a last resort, our constitution permits our citizens to arm themselves to protect all our freedoms against the usurpations of would-be tyrants. Think of the U.S. Constitution as the mirror of the American soul. Soon, our leaders will attempt an American Union based on the European model. When they do, when they overstep their bounds, and they will, the sparks will fly!
What, I should now ask, will you do about your unification problems? The question is almost rhetorical. You will do nothing at all.

Hi there Philip,
ReplyDeleteI have been trying to warn people of what is on the horizon for quite some time now, but horrifically, people just want to bury there proverbial heads in the sand. People truly do not want to believe that our governments and royalty are capable of handing our freedoms and democratic rights away. Unfortunately it is due to this apathetic frame of mind that we are now in this position, leaving many of us who do care feeling helpless to what is coming.
I have watched as the ideals of democracy have been slowly dismantled in the west. It is as if the powers that be are aware that there is a paper fine line between, the power that they are attempting to maintain and the people realising there true power in this world and seizing there birthright back. Consequently, the powers that be will stop at nothing to keep the populations in there slumber for as long as possible.
This is why we are constantly bombarded by propaganda and mind numbing mass media. This is why we are seeing Orwellian styled double talk such as bombarding us with how fantastic our democracy is, but in reality democracy is in a prison cell on death row, waiting for the end to come.
I hope that end does not come for our sovereignty and democracy. But unfortunately until people finally wake up to the reality that we face and are prepared to take some responsibility in this regard, these EU Fascists will get there way.
Sometimes people need to be shocked into waking up. I believe that in the near future the people will be shocked and will wake up dazed from there slumber and wander where it all went wrong. The confusion that will come from such a harsh wake up call will be a time of great uncertainty for many. I only hope that the resulting uprising will be relatively peaceful as that is where I can eventually see all of this going.
Unfortunately though, so can the powers that be, which is why we are now finding ourselves in a virtual prison without bars, CCTV on every corner and more and more laws being brought in, under the pretext of 'Fighting terror', that are designed not to fight terror, but specifically to keep citizens caged, subdued, drugged and docile in the bubble that is made to keep them in line. These Eurocops are `enforcers` not Police.
Thank you once again for writing your piece and for speaking out, you are not alone.

Denmark extradites two for hate-music’
ReplyDeleteI read the wrong book Tazed by thought control squad.
Ex Justice minister Lene Espersen
Justice minister Lene Espersen, now Minister of Commerce, two years ago said the same things her British colleagues did, even though experts warned. A newspaper quoted: Lene Espersen: ‘EU is not going to change our racism laws.’ EU’s first racism law is ready. But the Justice Ministry maintains that the law will have no effect on Danish practice. Politiken 18 april 2007
Also see my article dated april 18 2007 Denmark Justice Minister Lene Espersen accepts EU deal introducing censorship in Denmark / ‘Ich bin ein Holocaust Denier’
….the Copenhagen newspaper Politiken wrote on October 7 2008.
This is a day which will be remembered as the day on which Denmark continued where it halted August 29 1943, the day where the Danish governments’ collaboration with the German occupiers during WWII made way for protest and the quizling government stepped down.
Now again the Danish justice department sacrificed Danish justice and practice, and delivered its own citizens into the hands of the heirs of the Third Reich and the mockery of justice in their kangaroo courts. No wonder: while some small time collaborators were executed after the war, the members of the quizling government continued to govern the country after the occupation ended.
While in Britain quit a public debate has been stirred up in the controversy following the arrest of Dr. Fredrick Töben, in which several main stream politicians such as Nigel Farage and Chris Huhne have expressed their concerns about the undermining of the British legal system and the civil rights of British citizens in favor of totalitarian EU dictates, the treacherous Danish justice department bends over backwards and extradites its own citizens in order to accommodate the demands of Germany’s thought control judiciary.
While large parts of the British press express their concerns about the consequences of extraditing people from their own country for something which is not illegal there, the Danish press has done what it could in order not to debate the principles involved, and has maintained a virtual radio silence on the subject. Until today where two newspapers announced the decision of the Danish justice department, without any further discussion about the consequences.
No mention of the Toben case in Danish press!
The case in Britain involving Mr. Töben has not even been mentioned in the Danish press, and the release of a book shedding new light on an extradition case involving the 86 year old Danish Nazi Soren Kam, and other aspects of WWII which appeared on October 4 has not yet been reviewed or even mentioned. The press is deliberately letting things go down the memory hole.
ReplyDeleteOrganized Danish promotors of free speech and civil rights absent
Also the private Danish free speech organizations and societies which claim to be acting for free speech, including the now world wide known heroes of the Muhammed Cartoon Crises have been conspicuous by their absence. Not one word, have I heard in public from these forces, who apparently think defamation of the islamic prophet muhammed should be allowed as a principle of free speech, but not so for defamers of ‘the memory of the dead’, or other Jewish interests.
That the new appeasement policies towards the German censors will have much greater implications seems lost on these advocates who for a large part are highly educated academics who can quote endlessly from the Koran the writings of Bat Yeor and a long range of philosophical works. All their energy is focused on the symptom of the problem, the muslims, while the other forces, those with the legislative powers are implementing the new laws and practices, which in time will be used against ‘islamophobes’ and other dissidents.
Politiken Oktober 7 2008
Denmark will comply with an extradition demand from Germany in a case concerning so called hate-music.
Two men have published music CDs with extremely right wing lyrics and symbols. These have been distributed to Germany, where it is illegal to publish such things. This has caused the Germans to demand the duo - German and a Danish citizen - to be extradited.
‘The Justice department has now given the green light for the extradition. The conditions for an extradition have been met,’ so the justice department maintained.
According to Morten N. Jakobsen, second in command at the Justice Department’s International Office, the two defendant’s hostages can dispute the extradition decision in a court of law, if they want to fight it.

David Irving interviewed in front of the London court house on Oktober 3 2008 concerning the case of Fredrick Töben. Also see Jailing Opinions
The Berlingske Tidende newspaper printed a similar article, but added that the production of the material allegedly was executed with the cooperation of ‘Australian neo-Nazis’.
The paper also mentions the fact that Denmark has delivered Danes to other EU countries by means of the European Arrest Warrant, and also tells about a recent case where a demand from the US for the extradition of a Danish woman for having been accessory to the smuggling of ecstasy, was refused by a Lyngby court, which argued that this would be incompatible with humanitarian principles.
She could have faced a very long prison sentence, possibly life over there., while in Denmark the maximum punishment would have been eight years, and most probably much less; perhaps one to two years.
In comparison, the Danish alleged neo-Nazi’s would probably have gotten off with a warning, a fine or a suspended sentence if convicted at all, were they brought to trial in Denmark, while in Germany they face up to five years in prison, under the special rules for political prisoners there, which means no parole, and limited rights while doing time, compared to real non political criminal convicts.
We see it everywhere. Tyranny flourishes in hardboiled cynicism. People are so estranged from their own moral being that they know not what. This is predominant Western culture, and the subjects are being conditioned and entertained with tyranny in Islamic nations. Just now Americans are waking up to the effects of monstrous predatory finance, perpetrated by the crooks in Wall Street and legalized by the deregulating crooks in Washington. And it is less than ten years since President Clinton told them that they were the greatest people on earth -- the very President who signed the legislation that let the mad dogs of finance loose.
ReplyDeleteAnd, as Philip Jones divulges, Europeans are being hijacked by a similar set of elites who have great plans for the Union -- the heads of State and the general public are their useful idiots. And, as I see it, this is going on in the disingenuous environment where they are all sneaking around with small radios, unnatural hearing aids, in their heads, and constantly in denial of this mad reality. It is a Masonic gimmick. Crooks in politics have sneaked the community into this order where they are allowed to have spy cameras, but not allowed to use them! And no-one admits to the little radio in their head. Anonymous political pigs are constantly steering people’s awareness and they evolve as demagogic parasites rather than as mature beings. That is the spiritual corruption by which they are being regimented to their hushed-up fate as materialistic, social-political dummies. Satanic Illuminatis are masters of terror, and know how to capture the minds of people, and what media whores are not beholden to these monsters
In the good old days it was common knowledge that when you go on accord with something that must be hushed-up you open the door for the devil. Today it is the devil that is running the show, and a show it is. The media pigs live luxuriously by mediating and deluding. Serious, earnest analysis of the realities that the public is subject to, genuine news, is confined to Internet sites. The mass media feed on and generate gullibility.
ReplyDeleteSnoopy political pigs can expose and promote people’s private life with hidden cameras and unofficial TV-channels and no-one have integrity to protest. They all lap it up and try a furtive hand-out at the local supermarket. Who is aware of the moral squalor of it? They have all become mad Byzantine pigs, and political scum in Parliament flourish on these pernicious circumstances.
It is rather typical, that there are abstract-minded, dialectical operators who indulge in this squalid problematique with spiritual/metaphysical meanings, which pretends to reality, but floats in their intellectual abstraction. Fx. one commentator airs the meaning that people should sit down and look each other in the eyes 15 minutes! To what good, if they have no knowledge with which to look? They are already confused. After all, most people have never learned to direct their inner awareness -- political pigs steer their awareness via the little radio in their deluded heads. Their minds are madly drawn to anything and everything. The primitivity of modern man is probably greater than that of the real primitives in the Amazonas. As an “outsider” in relation to this obscene, social-political abomination I have over many years experienced the pernicious and degrading effects of this monstrous, snoopy, chicaning order. It is a sneaky, totalitarian order and everybody is in denial about it, but clandestinely involved. It is a mecca for political monsters. Yet, no-one claims the right to this legerdemain system. As I see it, the Euro-Elite speculate in the moral decay and cowardice that people cultivate with indolent ease. The Euro-Gendarmes are being trained in North Italy to heard the apathetic moral dogs of Europe into the ranks and files that will serve the masters of usury. The media-whores will wrap it up in Human Rights.
